SCOPAY
SCOPAY is our preferred method of payment for all transactions when making payments to the academy. This system allows you to make payments for trips, events, music tuition and learning resources plus your child’s school lunch account can also be topped up using this system. The system can be accessed on a desktop computer or you can download the App to use on your mobile phone or tablet meaning that you can access your account at any time.
If you have not already received a link code or require an additional link code(s) to enable another Parent/Carer to also set up a SCOPAY account and make payments for your child(ren), please send an email to [email protected]

MyChildAtSchool (MCAS)
MyChildAtSchool (MCAS) is an app that enables parents/carers to view their child’s attendance and academic performance in real-time via a web browser or mobile app. This facility allows you to access key academic dates, attendance information and the personal details the school holds for you and your child.
We ask that all parents/carers sign up to MCAS so that you will be able to access the following through the mobile application or web-based version:
Communication and information notices from the school
- Attendance information
- School Reports
- Timetable
- You will also be able to notify us of any changes or updates to your child’s details via the app
- Book parents evening
There are other elements to MCAS which we will look at launching at a later date.
We are asking all parents and carers to activate an MCAS account, as this will be our main and preferred form of communication with our parents and carers.
Please note that although there is the ability to directly message your child’s teachers from MCAS, JCA are not able to monitor these messages. If you need to contact your child’s teachers, please continue to use [email protected].
