Students hit the stage for Cabot’s Got Talent

John Cabot Academy hosted its annual Cabot’s Got Talent showcase, featuring an incredible array of talent from students across all year groups.

Performed in front of a capacity audience, the evening highlighted the diverse skills of students from Years 7 to 11, with acts ranging from magic tricks and mime sketch shows to dance routines and musical performances.

The judges faced a challenging task in selecting the top performers of the night. After much deliberation, the winners were announced as follows:

1st Place: Hana Makadi (Year 9) – singer
2nd Place: Nokutenda Kamukunda (Year 7) – solo dance
3rd Place: Stealing Society (Josiah Leaman, Catherine Perkins, Natalia Buzila and Ryszard Mikuta) – (Year 9) band

Charlotte Grierson, Curriculum Leader for Performing Arts, said: “We hope all enjoyed participating and watching the talent show.

“John Cabot Academy is proud of all its talented students and looks forward to nurturing their creative abilities in future events.”
